In this interactive, hands-on workshop, participants learn how to create a role-based AI assistant designed around their own responsibilities, goals, communication style, and work preferences.
Using Strategic Leadership Development’s CRAFT-IT™ framework, participants will build a personalized “prompt contract” that gives generative AI the context it needs to provide more relevant, consistent, and useful support.
 
Participants will learn how to:
Compare leading generative AI tools and determine which tools best fit different types of work
Understand what a role-based AI agent or personal assistant is and how it can improve productivity
Use the CRAFT-IT™ framework — Context, Role, Attributes, Format, Tone, Illustration, and Task — to create stronger AI instructions
Build and customize their own personal AI assistant
Provide documents and information that help AI better understand their work
Give their AI assistant real-world tasks and evaluate the results
Test, refine, and improve their assistant over time
Apply AI to communication, research, planning, problem solving, content development, and other everyday work activities
 
This is not a workshop about memorizing prompts. Participants learn how to create an AI assistant that understands how they work and can become an ongoing productivity resource.
