
Dr. Greg Buschman, Chief Learning Officer
Dr. Gregory A. Buschman is Chief Learning Officer for Strategic Leadership Development and a nationally recognized expert in creative leadership, organizational development, generative AI workforce applications, and innovation.
He brings more than 30 years of experience across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, higher education, and consulting, including over 20 years as a corporate strategist in the technology industry working with multinational organizations. He also served on two American National Standards Institute subcommittees, contributing to the development of global quality assurance standards.
Dr. Buschman holds a Ph.D. in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change and Master of Science degrees in Marketing and Information Systems.
He is also the acting Dean of the College of Business at St. Petersburg College, a certified facilitator in FourSight®, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and Creative Problem Solving, and the author of I Think, You Think, We All Think Differently.

Debbie Buschman, MPA, Chief Innovation Officer
Debbie Buschman serves as Chief Innovation Officer for Strategic Leadership Development and is a public-sector leader specializing in AI strategy, workforce readiness, governance, facilitation, and organizational change.
She is the catalyst, co-chair, and project manager for the City of St. Petersburg’s AI Task Force, leading work related to AI policy, responsible use, workforce training, and citywide adoption. Her experience includes elected office, government operations, strategic planning, grant program development, process improvement, and institutional transformation.
Through SLD360, Debbie helps public agencies and organizations adopt generative AI ethically and practically using the CRAFT-IT™ framework.
She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the University of South Florida, is a Certified District Official, and is credentialed in FourSight® and Creative Problem Solving.

Luke Buschman,
AI Specialist and Facilitator
Luke Buschman serves as AI Specialist and Facilitator for Strategic Leadership Development. He helps organizations understand and apply generative AI through practical training, facilitated learning, and hands-on support.
As a credentialed Creative Problem Solving facilitator, Luke helps individuals and teams explore challenges, generate ideas, and translate solutions into action. He also brings experience as a professional photographer, using visual storytelling and creative communication to strengthen SLD360’s training, digital content, and client engagement.
An Army veteran, Luke served as an airborne combat medic in domestic and overseas assignments. He also trained special operations medics from NATO partner nations and earned third place in the Top Soldier competition for the European and African Theater.

Megan Buschman, Client Engagement Director
Megan Buschman serves as Client Engagement Director for Strategic Leadership Development, where she works at the intersection of leadership development, innovation, and organizational growth.
She helps organizations identify leadership and workforce challenges and connect those needs with practical training and development solutions. Megan leads client outreach, discovery conversations, engagement strategy, and relationship development across government, higher education, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations.
She also identifies speaking, conference, and partnership opportunities that expand SLD360’s reach and strengthen long-term client relationships. A credentialed Creative Problem Solving facilitator, Megan brings a relational, audience-centered approach that helps connect leadership concepts with real organizational needs and future-ready skills.
