This interactive three-part live virtual leadership development program helps participants explore the stages of leadership maturity and understand how their thinking, behaviors, and decision-making evolve as they grow as leaders.
 
Through guided discussion, practical exercises, and self-discovery activities, participants identify where they currently fall on the leadership maturity continuum and examine the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) needed to advance their leadership effectiveness.
 
Participants will:
Explore the stages of leadership maturity and what distinguishes each level
Assess their current leadership thinking, behaviors, and decision-making
Identify habits or patterns that may be limiting their continued development
Develop greater self-awareness of their leadership strengths and growth opportunities
Build KSAs that support continued leadership development
Strengthen their ability to make thoughtful, effective leadership decisions
Create actionable strategies for moving toward more advanced levels of leadership maturity

This program is designed to create meaningful “aha” moments that help participants better understand themselves as leaders. Rather than prescribing a single leadership style, participants examine their current approach, recognize opportunities for growth, and identify practical steps for continuing their leadership development.
The goal is simple: keep growing as a leader so you can increase your effectiveness, strengthen your decision-making, and better serve the people and organization you lead.
